I'm incredibly excited to share this one with you guys! The Hip Hop group Atmosphere is making their way back into Colorado for a 2 night run in both Boulder and Denver. Comprised of rapper Slug (Sean Daley) and DJ/producer Ant (Anthony Davis) the duo hales from Minnesota and are coming over to this side of the country for a new tour. These guys have been around since 1989 and on the side from making 11 records, helped to co-found Rhymesayers Entertainment which features the likes of Aesop Rock and Brother Ali (both also coming to Colorado this fall!). Slug is a true legend in the Hip Hop world and one of the best lyricists in the game. That's why they sell out pretty much every time the come to Colorado! After playing Red Rocks (and selling out) the past couple of years as well as the Fox Theatre last year (also selling out) you can be sure that these two show will sell out quickly! Luckily for Boulderites the larger Boulder Theater venue will allow more people to go, but don't count on that mattering too much, it will still sell out. The shows are Thursday September 20th in Boulder and Friday September 21st in Denver at the Ogden. Grab your tickets quick and remember... "When life gives you lemons, PAINT THAT SHIT GOLD".
