JUST ANNOUNCED!
Yonder Mountain String Band has grown so much in the past couple of years. From being nothing more than a local band from Nederland to now hosting their own festival, Harvest Festival, at the legendary Mulberry Mountain (where Wakarusa happens every year). Known for reinventing the sound of string/ bluegrass bands Yonder's fan base stretches far and wide. I had the good fortune of finally seeing them live at this years Teleride Bluegrass Festival, which is something I HIGHLY suggest you go to next year. Thanks to Planet Bluegrass's volunteer program I got to sit about 10 feet from the band and watch them strum like no tomorrow. They just announced they'll be playing at the Boulder Theater for 4 nights in a row to help ring in the new year, Colorado style! Tickets start at just $35 a night and go on sale September 6th, giving you plenty of time to set the dates and find that extra cash. Keep an eye out on our site for additional announcements regarding the show. Here's a video that I took from the festival of Yonder with Sam Bush joining in, enjoy!
