CU Welcome Fest Concert 2012

Its a tradition here at CU to start the school year off with a concert on Farrand Field in the middle of campus. A way to meet new friends and party with ones you haven't seen in a while. The best part about it is the fact that its FREE! Unfortunately for most, it's only open to CU students (although there were people who were successful at jumping the fence one year). Program Council has been good to me the years I've been there. From Welcome Fest to Altitude to Glofest they've brought some big names in the music world. My first concert as a freshman was Pretty Lights and SAVOY, then Chiddy Bang and Pnuma Trio the next year, and Big Gigantic and Paper Diamond and Robotic Pirate Monkey the next year. You can definitely say they've done well with the artists they've pulled and this year is no different! Get ready for the end of the summer concert to beat them all!
