State Radio is the brainchild of Chad Stokes Urmstom. "Chadwick"is also the lead man in the band Dispatch (who is also coming to Colorado and you can get tickets here.). Since 2002 when Dispatch went on their hiatus, State Radio has been pushing their unique politically charged lyrics on top of their even more unique style of music. Infusing reggae-roots, ska, rock, and punk the band has stayed true to their vision. After 3 studio albums and a handful of EP's, State Radio is still going strong. Even with Chadwick starting back up in Dispatch the band is about to release their latest album, "Rabbit Inn Rebellion". With the release coming in late October, the band is about to set out on a tour to promote the album. Luckily we get 2 straight shows of State Radio at the Fox Theatre in Boulder!
