Rage Colorado: New Announcements This Week

Holy Update! Today venues around the area announced so many new performance, I thought you all should know about it! There were some big names in that group so be sure to check out the list below for some opportunities to RAGE.

There are some notable acts that I want to highlight so first up is a big announcement from Red Rocks this morning, Skrillex on August 9th! One of the biggest names in electronic music now a days (whether you agree or not) is Sonny Moore, AKA Skrillex. He's featured in numerous commercials and headlining a bunch of festivals this summer. It was only time that he'd add on headlining Red Rocks Amphitheatre to his tour dates. Along with him, he's bringing Zedd and M Machine, both off his label OWSLA. Also on the bill are Brodinski & Gesaffelstein and Tokimonsta. Tickets are $50 and on sale May 19.

Next up, the Fillmore Auditorium announced that Citizen Cope will be playing October 5th! The American songwriter and producer brings an eclectic mix of blues, rock, and soul. With songs like Sideways, Bullet and a Target, and Let the Drummer Kick, Citizen Cope's music has been featured on tv shows and movies. His past tours have brought his a huge following simply due to word of mouth. Check out the information and highly consider going to this show!

The last artist I want to highlight is a band that has been around while, moe. Formed in 1989, moe. has played with some big names in rock music such as The Who and The Allman Brothers. They have played the Bonnaroo Festival 5 times now and even performed at Radio City Music Hall in NYC. moe.rons unite for this 2 day run at Denver's Ogden Theatre! Tickets go on sale May 19th, be sure to keep an eye on this show!
