The music scene in Colorado has been amazing in the recent years. From the superstars we've had come out of this state to the local bands and DJs, the talent here is very apparent. The guys at Mtn X Fest saw this and created a weekend extravaganza filled with our local talent from music and the arts! Nestled in the mountains right outside of Ft. Collins this show takes over the land for a weekend long music, arts, and camping festival. The fest only started in 2011 with Mountain Rave and only went one night. Now they're up to three nights and have stepped up everything along the way. This year they scored a piece of private land up near Paradise Park west of Foco but promise the purpose of the fest remain the same, "a weekend of live music, art, and enlightenment for only a fraction of what major festivals cost". They recently announce the first phase of the line up with some big talent from around the state. Check out who's on the bill so far:
